Project Spotlight: Laying the Groundwork for Visibility and Space

As PRISM Community Services Inc. begins its journey, one of our key focuses is building visibility and trust within Moose Jaw. We’re actively reaching out to local businesses, introducing ourselves, and sharing the importance of what we’re creating for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. These early conversations are helping to rebuild connections, raise awareness, and open the door to potential partnerships—whether through financial support, shared space, or in-kind resources.

Our goal is to establish a permanent, welcoming drop-in centre: a safe space where queer and trans individuals can gather, access resources, and feel a sense of belonging. To get there, we’re asking for corporate and community support—sponsorships, donated space, or startup funding that can help bring this vision to life. Being seen, known, and supported by our broader community is vital to making PRISM a lasting part of Moose Jaw’s future.
